Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Dundas Vapes. To ensure we comply with federal and provincial regulations while getting your gear to you as quickly as possible, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Mandatory Age Verification (19+)

In accordance with Ontario law and the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA), all orders must be received by an adult.

  • ID Check: All shipments are sent via "19+ Proof of Age" signature service.

  • Government ID: You must present a valid photo ID to the courier or at the post office.

  • No Exceptions: If an order is returned because the receiver is underage or cannot provide ID, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Local Pickup (Free)

Skip the shipping wait! Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to grab your order directly from our Toronto shop.

  • Location: 1411 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1Y4.

  • Pickup Hours: [Insert Shop Hours, e.g., 11 AM – 9 PM].

  • Ready In: Most pickup orders are ready within 1 hour. You will receive an email notification when it's good to go.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship across Canada using Canada Post and reliable courier partners.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $60.00 (before tax).

  • Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee applies to orders under $60.00, calculated at checkout.

  • GTA Delivery: Orders within Toronto and the GTA typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

  • National Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your province.

4. Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your label is printed, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to "go live" in the carrier’s system.

6. Restrictions

  • International: We currently only ship within Canada.

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post only.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your unit number and buzzer code. Dundas Vapes is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
